As a Diamond Dreams player, you have the right to request a deletion of all information we have about your game account. Please keep in mind that deleting your game account data will only remove your game progress. All collectibles linked to your GFAL ID will remain intact. However, this process will delete all game-related data, including any in-game purchases or event achievements.

After you submit the form, the process could take up to 7 days, and once your game account data is removed, it cannot be recovered. You can reset the game to Level 1 and begin again if you choose to continue playing.

You can either tap on the "Contact Us" button located in the top right corner of the screen or tap on "No" at the bottom of the screen and tap "Contact Us." When the chat window appears, please write "Delete my account."
