What is an Anti-Phishing Code and How Do I Set It Up?
An anti-phishing code is a unique identifier, a word or phrase between 5 to 15 characters, that we include in all official correspondence from Games for a Living. This ensures that you can easily verify the authenticity of emails from us. If an email claiming to be from our team doesn't contain your anti-phishing code, it's likely fraudulent, and we recommend that you do not click on any links or download attachments from such emails.
Setting up your Anti-Phishing Code:
Log in to your user dashboard and select ‘Account Information.’
Click on ‘Settings’ to access your account preferences.
Within the settings, click on the 'Anti-Phishing Code' section.
A pop-up will prompt you to create and confirm your unique code.
Once set, we'll display this code in all future emails to you, adding an extra layer of security to your interactions with us.
