Selecting a username in our Marketplace is an essential step that helps establish your unique presence. Please note that the username for the Marketplace is separate from any in-game names associated with Games for a Living titles.
Here’s a quick guide to setting or updating your username:
Log in to your user dashboard and select ‘Account Information.’
Click on ‘Settings’ to access your account preferences.
Within the settings, click on the ‘Username’ section, and a pop-up window will prompt you for your new username.
Enter the username you wish to use. If it's already taken, don't worry—you won't have to start over. Our system allows you to attach a #tagline to your chosen name, ensuring it's unique to you. You can opt to create a tagline even if your preferred username isn’t taken, for added personalization.
Once you're set with a username and #tagline combination, confirm your selection.
Keep in mind that username changes are limited to once per month, so choose one that you’ll be satisfied with for at least that duratio concerns or questions arise during this process, our customer support team is ready to provide prompt assistance.
