If you are experiencing crashes, reinstalling the game sometimes helps. However, reinstalling the game should be the last resort to try, and should only be attempted if your game is constantly crashing.

1. Exit the game;
2. Relaunch Elemental Raiders;
3. Tap on the "Repair" button (located on the top right corner of the launcher);
4. Follow the steps to complete the installation repair of the game and launch it;
5. Log in with your email/password and 2FA to enter in your account.
