If you experience crashes, reinstalling the game sometimes helps. However, reinstalling the game should be the last resort to try and should only be attempted if the game crashes constantly.

Note: Before reinstalling the game, make sure you have the game linked to your GFAL ID account. This way, you will not lose any progress on your account.

1. Exit the game;
2. Relaunch Elemental Raiders;
3. Tap on the "Repair" button (located on the top right corner of the launcher);
4. Follow the steps to complete the installation repair of the game and launch it;
5. Log in with your email/password and 2FA to enter in your account.
